Our story
Care that feels like care.
Ahava means love. It is the word we built this practice around: a warm, thoughtful place where teens, young adults, and families can do the real work of feeling better.
אהבה
Love, built on giving
Ahava is Dina’s middle name, and the Hebrew word for love. Its root, hav, means “to give,” a reminder that real love is built on a foundation of giving: our time, our attention, our energy, and our care.
That includes the love we give ourselves: rest when we’re tired, encouragement when we’re struggling, and compassion when we fall short. Love starts from within and expands outward.
Our whole purpose is to help you build that foundation of Ahava, for yourself, and for the people you love.
Why we built this
“Everyone deserves a space where they can be fully themselves, without judgment, without performing, and without having to explain their whole world before the real conversation can begin.”

We understand the worlds our clients live in, so you can spend your energy on the work, not on translating your life.
